When UVA rays reach deep into the skin and cause damage that increases wrinkles. Apply sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15 that protects the skin from both UVA and UVB rays. But check if the sunscreen is chemical free. If you’re going to the beach or around reflective surfaces like snow or ice, dress your skin with sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30.

  • Honey:

Honey nourishes your skin and acts as a moisturizer. Raw, unpasteurized honey should be used as it still contains healthy bacteria. It works with your natural immune system to reduce inflammation and irritation, and even helps to heal and lighten acne scars.
