EARLY – MORNING

Herbal Tea / Amla Juice / Wheatgrass Juice / Barley Water

BREAKFAST

Veg Oats / Broken Wheat Porridge (Veg / Sweet Dalia) / Veg Semolina (Upma) / Veg Semolina (Veg Upma) / Veg Poha (Rice Flakes) Veg idli / Vermicelli (Sewian) / Besan Pancake (Gram Flour) / Chapatti with Veg or Dal / 1 Egg (White Portion only)

MID – MORNING

Fruits / Herbal Tea / Coconut Water / Green Tea  

LUNCH

Boiled Rice / Wheat Flour Chapatti / Vegetables + Dal / Steamed salad

EVENING

Sprouts / Vegetable Soup (Home-made) / Green tea / Herbal Tea / Roasted Chickpea / Rice Flakes Snack

LIFESTYLE AND DIETARY TIPS

  • Seasonal fruits and vegetables should be consumed.
  • Do not eat heavy meals.
  • Drink at least 8 – 10 glasses of water daily.
  • Eating too many Carbohydrates foods can lead to high blood glucose level.
  • Avoiding stress is also triggering factor. You can do exercise for it.  
  • Walk for at least 30 – 45 min is recommended.
  • Whole fruit should be preferred to fruit juice.
  • Maintain personal hygiene as it will help in maintaining healthy skin.
  • Avoid eating spicy and junk food.
  • Sleep well on time and get up early in the morning.
  • Take well balanced diet.
  • Skipping meals should be avoided.
  • Avoid suppression of natural urges such as urination, defection, sleep hunger, sneezing etc.
  • Soaked Almonds 5 pieces daily.
  • Herbal Tea – Boil ½ tsp. each coriander, fennel, cumin in 3 cups of water till it’s reduced to 1 cup.
