BREAKFAST

Veg Upma (veg Salmolina) / Broken Wheat Porridge (Veg Dalia) / Veg Poha / Veg vermicelli / Veg Oats / Semolina Pancake / Stuffed Chapatti / Chapatti with Veg or Dal / 1 Egg White

MID – MORNING

Fruits / Steamed Salad / Dandelion Tea

LUNCH

Plain Chapatti / Boiled Rice / Veg / Dal + steamed Salad

EVENING

Green Tea / Herbal Tea / Ginger Tea / Roasted Rice Flakes

DINNER

Plain Chapatti / Boiled Rice / Vegetables Khichri / Veg Dalia / Dal

BED – TIME

LIFESTYLE AND DIETARY TIPS

  • Walk is recommended at least foe 30 minutes.
  • Whole fruit should prefer instead id fruit juices.
  • 6 Soaked Almonds per day.
  • Avoid eating spicy and junk food.
  • Take well balanced diet.
  • Skipping meals should be avoided, especially the breakfast.
  • Limit total liquid intake to 1.5 liter per day including water, teas, juices, soups.
  • Hygienic and Cleanliness should be maintain.
