MID – MORNING

Steamed Salad / Fruits / Coconut Water

LUNCH

Plain Chapatti / Vegetables Pulao / Boiled Rice / Veg Khichri / Veg Dalia / Vegetables + Salad + Dal

LIFESTYLE AND DIETARY TIPS

  • Daily Walk at least 30 – 40 minutes is recommended.
  • Skipping meals should be avoided.
  • Whole fruit should prefer to juice of fruits.
  • 6 Almonds (soaked) per day.
  • Do not eat heavy meals.
  • Drink plenty of water at least 8 – 10 glass regularly.
  • Avoid eating spicy and junk food.
  • Take well balanced diet.
