MID – MORNING

Herbal tea / Fruits / Fruit Juice / Coconut Water

LUNCH

Chapatti + Vegetables + Dal + Salad + Brown Rice / Chicken / Fish (Once in a week)

EVENING

Roasted Chane / Homemade Soup / Herbal Tea / Vermicelli

DINNER

Chapatti + Dal + Vegetables / Rice / Khichadi

BED – TIME
