LIFESTYLE AND DIETARY TIPS

  • Do not eat heavy meals.
  • Whole fruits should be preferred to fruit juice.
  • Avoid eating spicy and junk food.
  • Take well balanced diet.
  • Skipping meals should be avoided.
  • 6 – Soaked Almonds every day.
  • Drink copious amount of water at least 8 – 10 glass regularly.
  • Hygiene and Cleanliness should be maintained.
