Stress, inappropriate lifestyle, and poor diet are the main causes of diabetes.  Some natural home remedies are extremely beneficial in controlling and curing diabetes. One of the major causes of diabetes discussed by Ayurveda is poor eating habits.  Foods such as sweets, sugar, dairy products, alcohol, fats, etc. are considered unhealthy and are not recommended for use by anyone.

Here are some common things you can do every day to help achieve this goal.

  1. Exercise:

Regular physical activity helps you feel better.  Insulin works better in your body and can stabilize blood sugar levels.

Exercise also helps reduce stress. Start exercising slowly. Try to exercise for at least 30 minutes per day.  You don’t have to work out in the gym to be active.  For example, use the stairs instead of the elevator, walk in the quiet environment in the afternoon, etc. It is important to understand that exercise lowers your blood sugar.

  1. Balanced diet:

Eat three meals a day and try to digest them properly.  You should aim to eat the same amount of carbohydrates in each meal.

In general, it is better not to eat processed foods.

By following a healthy diet and exercise routine you can lose weight and reduce your diabetes.  One study found that long-term weight loss through diet and exercise can reduce your risk of stroke and dementia.

  1. Manage carbohydrate intake and eat more fiber:

Carbohydrate intake strongly affects blood sugar levels.  Your body breaks down carbohydrates into glucose.  Then, insulin helps your body use and store energy.When you eat too many carbohydrates or have insulin-function problems, this process fails and blood glucose levels may rise.

Many studies have also shown that eating a low carb diet helps lower blood sugar levels and prevents high blood sugar.

Fiber slows down the digestion of carbohydrates and the absorption of sugar, which in turn raises blood sugar levels more slowly.  A high fiber diet can improve your body’s ability to control blood sugar and lower blood sugar. High-fiber foods include: Vegetables,Fruit,Beans,Whole grains etc.

Stress can increase your blood sugar levels. When there is stress, your body secretes hormones called glucagon and cortisol, which can lead to high blood sugar levels.

  1. Hydration:
