EARLY – MORNING

A Glass of Warm Water + 1 tsp Chia Seeds

BREAKFAST

Veg Upma (veg Salmolina) / Broken Wheat Porridge / Veg idli / Veg vermicelli / Veg Poha (Rice Flakes) / Brown Bread Sandwich / Besan Pancakes (Gram Flour) / Stuffed Chapatti / Chapatti with Veg or Dal / 1 Egg White

MID – MORNING

Fruits / Buttermilk / Coconut Water / Sprouts / Salad / Lemon Water

LUNCH

Mix Chapatti / Plane Chapatti / Veg Pulao / Boiled Rice / Vegetables + Dal + Salad

EVENING

Roasted Chane / Homemade Soup / Herbal Tea / Green Tea / Fruit Shakes / Sprouts / Rice Flacks Snacks / Flaxseeds – 1tsp

DINNER

Mix Chapatti / Plane Chapatti / Dal + Vegetables + Curd

BED – TIME

LIFESTYLE AND DIETARY TIPS

  • Do not eat heavy meals.
  • Drink plenty of water at least 8 – 10 glass per day.
  • Daily walk for at least 30 min is recommended.
  • Avoid eating spicy and junk food.
  • Take well balanced diet.
  • Skipping meals should be avoided.
  • 6 Almonds (soaked) + 2 Dates (soaked) per day.
  • Hygiene and cleanliness should be maintained.
  • Outdoor activities should be increased like jogging, cycling, and running.
  • Herbal Tea – Boil ½ tsp each coriander, fennel, cumin in 4 cups of water till it’s reduced to 2 cups.
